Job Description
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
This role requires guiding and nurturing a small group of students, providing a family-like structure while managing tasks such as driving and administering medication. Couples must have experience with youth, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to lead daily devotions.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
