Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
Responsibilities
- Create a family-like environment for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
What We Offer
Couples will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. They will also enjoy three-week paid summer vacation.
