Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path for married couples who want to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged youth. As a residential youth caregiver, you will live on-campus and provide guidance to a group of 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment for them.
This role includes responsibilities such as administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is required. Couples should be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
