Milton Hershey School is seeking a Residential Family Therapist couple to join our team. In this role, you will work together to create a family-like structure for students in a residential setting. You will provide guidance, support, and therapy to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
