Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing small groups of students, typically 8-12, in a student home setting. You will also be responsible for daily devotions, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and managing various responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting.
The benefits package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, making a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
To qualify for this position, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
