What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Life Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Flex Houseparents to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing environment for our students in a family-like setting, residing on-campus in a student home.
Responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, ensuring the well-being of the students, and providing a consistent family-like structure. Our ideal candidates have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them achieve their full potential. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students.
