Role of the Transitional Living Assistant:
The Transitional Living Assistant plays a critical role in helping our high school seniors develop the life skills necessary for success after graduation. By serving as a mentor and role model, you will help students navigate the challenges of adolescence and prepare them for the world beyond MHS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized mentorship and guidance to high school seniors
* Assist students in developing essential life skills such as personal finance, goal-setting, and time management
* Collaborate with staff to improve programs and ensure student success
* Develop and implement recreational activities and events that promote student engagement and teamwork
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
* Experience working in youth residential settings a plus
