Milton Hershey School offers a unique opportunity for married couples to become residential mentors for at-risk children. In this role, you will provide a family-like environment, guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a supportive on-campus home.
As a couple, you will work together to manage household responsibilities, drive, administer medication, budget, and report. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
