Flex Houseparents - A Unique Career Path
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
We are looking for couples who are experienced in working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
