The ideal candidates will be experienced in working with youth, preferably from underprivileged settings. They must have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they should be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
This role offers an exceptional compensation package of $150,000 per couple, which includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Couples will be responsible for providing daily guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities, and maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. They must also abide by certain pet restrictions and have valid driver's licenses to become certified to drive student home vans.
A highlight of this position is the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
