Job Description
As residential mentors, you will reside in on-campus homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and handling other daily tasks. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced couples who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Couples must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily activities.

In addition to the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, we offer relocation assistance and paid training. Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three weeks of paid summer vacation.
