About the Role:
- Working closely with students to identify their needs and develop individualized plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students, including leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Coordinating daily routines and activities, including homework assistance and recreational activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to school administrators
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
