Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path for couples who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Family Care Specialists, you will provide guidance, care, and support to groups of 8-12 students, while managing various responsibilities.
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Couples will enjoy a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also provided.
