We are currently seeking married couples to become part of our residential community as Houseparents. As Houseparents, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow into capable and compassionate individuals.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Your key responsibilities as Houseparents include providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., facilitating personal and academic growth among students, and leading students in daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. To be successful in this role, you should possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, a high school diploma or GED required, both spouses should be age 27 or older, valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
