We are seeking Residential Mentors who can offer guidance, support, and a sense of belonging to our students. As houseparents, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like structure for 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. You will also enjoy relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule that includes nine days on followed by three days off.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and couples should have been legally married for at least two years. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential requirements.
