What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a private school that offers a unique opportunity for married couples to become Residential Mentors. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a supportive environment for a group of 8-12 students, guiding and nurturing them through daily life, including administrative tasks and mentoring.

As a Residential Mentor, you will work a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy three-week paid summer vacation.
To qualify for this role, both spouses must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
