Residential Parenting Team Members Needed

We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside on campus, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will create a family-like environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

As flex houseparents, you will initially cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will work closely with your spouse and other staff members to provide exceptional care to our students.
