We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for students in the student home
- Participating in daily devotions and leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Supporting students in their academic and personal goals
