The Role
We are seeking a skilled Transitional Living Assistant to live with and supervise high school seniors in campus residence buildings. The successful candidate will mentor students to ensure they develop the life skills necessary for success post-graduation – whether entering post-secondary education, the military, or the world of work.
Responsibilities
The Transitional Living Assistant will be responsible for:Role-modeling life skills and teaching self-responsibility Creating and supervising evening and weekend recreational activities Collaborating with fellow staff members to evaluate and enhance the program
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's Degree Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van Experience mentoring, teaching, and/or advising diverse youth from under-served settings (desired)
