Residential Program Specialists
Milton Hershey School is seeking Residential Program Specialists to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our residential program, you and your spouse will work together to provide a supportive and structured environment for 8-12 students in our on-campus student homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and support to students in their daily lives, including homework assistance and daily devotions
- Manage household responsibilities, including budgeting, reporting, and driving
- Foster a positive and structured environment for students to grow and develop
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the well-being of all students
**Benefits:*** Competitive salary package for couples (approx. $150,000 per couple)

* Relocation assistance and paid training provided
* Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours
* Three-week paid summer vacation
**Requirements:*** Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
* Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and drive student home vans
* Valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans required
* High school diploma or GED required
