Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Residential Support Coordinators. As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In this role, you will work alongside your spouse to guide approximately 8-12 students, offering a consistent family-like structure and support. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to your students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both age 27 or older. Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
