Job Opportunity: Residential Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated couple to join our team as residential support staff at Milton Hershey School. As a member of our residential care team, you and your spouse will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our students.

About the Role

As a residential support staff member, you will be responsible for providing daily support to our students, including meals, transportation, and homework help. You will also participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
