Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. You and your spouse will live on-campus in a student home, providing a family-like environment and supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
