Job Description
As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and provide guidance and nurturing to groups of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include daily activities such as budgeting, driving, and administering medication. You will also be responsible for creating a family-like environment, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
