The Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated couple to join its team of Residential Youth Advisors. As a Residential Youth Advisor, you and your partner will live on-campus in a student home, providing guidance, support, and a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Helping students develop life skills and independence
- Facilitating communication between students and school administrators
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure students' needs are met
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
