The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves serving as flex houseparents in student homes, providing a supportive environment for at-risk youth. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
Responsibilities include maintaining a nurturing environment, managing household tasks, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions. You will also be expected to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
