As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing space for 8-12 students, providing transportation, managing budgets, and administering medication. Requirements:
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. We also require both spouses to complete an individual employment application.
In addition, couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
