Your Responsibilities
As a houseparent, you'll be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for 8-12 students. This includes guiding and supervising the students, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the student home.
You'll also be required to maintain a flexible schedule, including nine days on followed by three days off, and participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
