Job Summary
As Houseparents, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent structure and support system. Your responsibilities will include managing household duties, administering medication, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
You will work closely with students, guiding them through daily activities, homework, and personal development. Your role will also involve reporting and communicating with school staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
