We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a stable and supportive environment for 8-12 students, helping them to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like atmosphere in your student home, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage household responsibilities, including meal planning, cleaning, and maintenance
- Support student development through academic and extracurricular activities
- Engage in daily devotions and lead students in prayer
- Take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Drive student home vans and participate in other transportation duties
