Residential Youth Care Specialists

Milton Hershey School is seeking Residential Youth Care Specialists to join our team. As a couple, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds while living on campus.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Manage household responsibilities and act as role models for students
• Provide guidance and support to a small group of students
• Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
