Your Role as a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for leading daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and guiding them in their personal growth. You will work closely with other houseparents to ensure the well-being and success of our students. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. High school diploma or GED is also necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for our students.
