About the Role
The Residential Youth Caregiver position requires a high level of commitment and integrity. You and your spouse will work together to manage household tasks, drive, and ensure the students' overall well-being. In return, you'll benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including relocation assistance and paid training. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and meet certain qualifications.
Responsibilities
Managing household tasks, including budgeting and reporting
Providing guidance and support to students, with a focus on their emotional and physical well-being
Driving and transporting students as needed
Ensuring students adhere to school rules and regulations
Collaborating with other staff members to provide a supportive environment
