The Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. About the Role:
- Provide a consistent and loving home environment for students
- Nurture students' physical, emotional, and educational growth
- Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
- Maintain open communication with school staff and parents
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
