We are currently hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent home structure, administer medications, and ensure the overall well-being of our students.
Our flex houseparents work on a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. They also receive a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
