Flex Houseparents
Couples reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for:
- Providing care and support to students
- Driving students to activities and appointments
- Administering medication as needed
- Maintaining student wellbeing and safety

Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Be at least 27 years old
- Have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
