Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a world-renowned private school providing an exceptional education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The school was founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909 and is fully endowed, ensuring both students and staff have access to all necessary resources.
MHS is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, residing on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As Flex Houseparents, couples provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

· Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Couples must be legally married for at least two years
· Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
· No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
· Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol allowed while on duty
· Limitations on pets; only fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted
· Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
· Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
