Couples are hired as flex houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students each. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• Only one dependent child may reside in the student home
• A smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy applies, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
• Limitations on pets apply: only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans required
• Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must demonstrate high integrity as all staff are role models for students
