About the Role
We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, who will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to students in a family-like setting
- Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Participate in student development activities and lead daily devotions

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
