About the Role
Couples will guide and care for a group of 8-12 students by offering structure, support, and daily supervision while living on campus. This unique role requires commitment and integrity from both spouses.
Qualifications
- Experience Working with Youth: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married Couple: Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Age: Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Dependent Children: No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Health and Safety: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and certification to drive student home vans
