Job Description:
We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents at our campus in Hershey, PA. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Drive students to activities and appointments
- Administer medication to students as needed
- Oversee daily activities for a group of 8-12 students
Benefits:
- $43,825 salary per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
