Are you a motivated and caring couple looking to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth? We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this unique role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure.
This position requires a high level of commitment from both spouses. The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license to drive student home vans.
We offer a range of benefits, including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
