The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, providing care, and living on campus with your spouse.
This role requires both spouses to be committed to nurturing youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and adhering to the school's ethical standards. You will work closely with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment for students.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you can expect a rewarding career that offers:
- A salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple

To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be at least 27 years old
- Limit the number of dependent children residing in the student home to no more than three
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Hold a valid driver's license and be certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and lead students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
