About the Opportunity:

We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. Your expertise, guidance, and dedication will help create a positive and supportive environment for our students to thrive.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with other houseparents, educators, and support staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students. Your duties will include overseeing daily activities, managing household responsibilities, and providing individualized support to each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of daily activities, including meal preparation, homework supervision, and recreational activities
• Household management, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization
• Individualized support for each student, focusing on academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and character development
• Communication with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and collaboration

Requirements:

• Experience working with youth, preferably in a residential setting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
