As Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will live on campus with your spouse and provide a stable, loving environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for couples who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for driving, administering medication, and maintaining a family-like atmosphere in the student home.
Candidates must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be willing to complete an individual employment application.
The position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible schedule. Couples will have nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. They will also receive relocation assistance and paid training.
