Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and participate in their educational and personal growth.
Qualifications
Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is essential. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
