Milton Hershey School is looking for married couples to become part of our residential care team as Residential Youth Development Coordinators. In this vital role, you will reside on-campus and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily routines, such as driving and administering medication. You will also create a safe and supportive environment, helping students develop important life skills and achieve academic success.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. We provide relocation assistance and paid training to help you succeed in your new role. Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school.
To be eligible for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We strive to foster a culture of integrity, where staff members serve as positive role models for students. As a Residential Youth Development Coordinator, you will lead daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services with the students.
