The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Caregiver. As a member of our household, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our students, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and participating in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services. You will also be expected to maintain open communication with your spouse and other household members to ensure a smooth and harmonious living environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses being 27 or older. You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
