What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Guidance Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking couples who share our commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will work closely with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive community. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
