What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Leaders Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School seeks dynamic couple houseparents to lead our students in a positive direction. As a Houseparent, you will create a supportive community by providing guidance, encouragement, and care to students. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
